Although fitness golf is a relatively new mainstream concept, professional golfers such as Gary Player, Greg Norman, and of course Tiger Woods have long understood the benefits that increased strength, balance, stability, flexibility and endurance can bring to their game.  At Impact Golf Fitness, out first objective is to examine and determine a golfers functional limitations.  Then through specific functional rehabilitation and a targeted exercise program, we improve the golfers flexibility, joint mobility and core body strength.
