We are an in network with Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Carefirst, Anthem, Aetna and United Healthcare. 

If we are out of network with your insurance, we do not bill your health insurance company directly but will assist you in sending the bills into your own health insurance company so that you may receive reimbursement for our services.

In Network:  You are only responsible for copayment

Out of Network:    Initial Visit  $155
